Kids in Church
Our children are a gift from God. At Christ the King we recognise that the children in our community are part of a family and the care of them both physically and spiritually is very important. The Church is God’s plan to nurture the faith of young children.
This means we love kids being in Church. Some parents bring a kids’ Bible, others bring colouring in, so that kids have something to do even while taking part in the Church service.
Creche is provided during our worship for children who are 0-5 years old. It’s lead by parents and people who have current Working With Children Checks. Parents are also welcome to stay with their kids, or to keep them in church with them.
Our Youth are a part of our services. But after the service from 10:45-11:45 they do courses on the Bible and Christian living.
